Shipping & Refund Policy

Abu Oils is a small, family-owned business dedicated to providing a thoughtful and reliable shopping experience. We take pride in our craftsmanship and customer care, and we appreciate the respect and support of our community.

Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–10 business days.

  • All orders ship via USPS (delivery times may vary during peak seasons).

  • Shipping is US-only and calculated as a flat rate based on package weight and handling.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Abu Oils is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses will be refunded so you may place a new order.

Orders flagged as medium or high risk will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Any payment issues must be resolved directly with your bank.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email.

After your package is handed off to USPS, Abu Oils is not responsible for delivery delays, loss, or theft. Packages marked as delivered by USPS but later reported missing cannot be replaced or refunded. For delivery concerns, please contact your local post office and keep your tracking number for reference.

Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout and covers damage during transit up to the order value (excluding shipping). Insurance does not cover stolen packages marked as delivered.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been shipped or received.

Please note:

  • Our body oils are inspired by original fragrances and are crafted to closely resemble them, but exact matches are not guaranteed.

  • Fragrance performance varies based on individual body chemistry and personal scent perception.

  • We recommend purchasing a smaller size if you are trying a scent for the first time.
